Tako pi\u0161e na ulazu u ovaj kompleks koji se nalazi na zapadu Rijeke. Veliko podru\u010dje na oko 500m od Rije\u010dkog zavoja.<br \/> Godine 1996 dan je na kori\u0161tenje tvrtki Vior koja je tu otvorila restoran, u nekoliko zgrada sredila sobe i apartmane te uredila okoli\u0161. To je trajala nekoliko godina dok nisu zapali u velike dugove. Sve je propalo prije cirka 10 godina. Od onda Grad Rijeke je imao nekoliko poku\u0161aja da na\u0111e novog investitora.<br \/> Od pro\u0161le godine tu je jedna tvrtka iz \u010ce\u0161ke koja je trebala zapo\u010deti s radovima po\u010detkom 2014. godine no za sada nema traga.<br \/> No kako to podru\u010dje izgleda danas.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\"
